1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the DeCharge platform and EV charging network (operated by WirePay LLP), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Network Usage

DeCharge provides a global EV charging network. The usage of the hardware is strictly for charging compatible Electric Vehicles. Members are responsible for ensuring that their vehicles meet the safety and connectivity limits of the respective charging unit.

3. Payment and Billing

All financial transactions processed on the DeCharge network are powered securely by WirePay LLP. Pricing is determined at the station level and may fluctuate based on dynamic load algorithms and peak hour demand. Users must maintain an active payment method on file.

4. Liability

WirePay LLP and DeCharge shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the charging service or associated software applications.
